Mayfair spans a total area of 0.7 km² (0.3 sq mi), and it is geographically positioned at coordinates 50°59′43″N 114°05′16″W. The neighbourhood is well-defined by its surrounding landmarks and communities; it is bordered to the north by the affluent community of Bel-Aire, to the east by the bustling Elbow Drive, to the south by the major thoroughfare Glenmore Trail, and to the west by the scenic Glenmore Reservoir.

Population

Mayfair is home to a population of 473, as recorded in the 2006 census. The neighbourhood has witnessed steady growth, with a 2.3% increase in population from 2011 to 2012, reaching 481 residents living in 156 dwellings.
