Battalion Park

Battalion Park is a significant historical site located on the southern slopes of Signal Hill, commemorating the Canadian Expeditionary Force battalions who trained there during World War I. The park features 16,000 stones arranged to form battalion numbers and opened to the public on November 3, 1991.
