Abbotsford is a city located in the province of British Columbia within the Fraser Valley region, east of Vancouver. The city lies close to the border with the United States and serves as an important agricultural and transportation centre in the region.
The surrounding Fraser Valley contains fertile farmland and Abbotsford is widely recognized for its agricultural production.
